This campaign sends appointment reminders and order confirmations to customers once they have booked an appointment with Mar Productions LLC or opted in to receive promotional and marketing SMS from Mar Productions LLC.

Booking, Payments & Deposits

- A booking may require a non-refundable retainer or deposit to secure your session date.

- Remaining balances, if applicable, are due according to the terms communicated at booking.

- All prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

Failure to submit required payments may result in cancellation of your session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

- Deposits or retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

- Requests to reschedule must be made within the timeframe communicated at booking.

- Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits and additional fees.

- The Company reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness, emergencies, or events beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

- Provide accurate and truthful information when booking or communicating

- Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled sessions

- Follow studio policies and instructions during sessions

The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, images, website content, text, graphics, and materials are the intellectual property of Mar Productions LLC and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or alter images or website content without written permission, except as expressly granted through purchased usage rights or licensing agreements.

Image Use & Portfolio

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Company may use images from sessions for:

Clients who wish to keep images private must communicate this request in writing prior to their session.
